Black Onyx Organics values its customers, clients and visitors. We understand that booking appointments online is the new norm and we are here to make it as accessible as possible. 

*PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW BEFORE BOOKING*

1.  Select service (If Travel is required, Please answer question #2 when booking and add Travel  to cart)
2.  Select Date & Time 
3.  Enter required Client Information (Name, Valid Email Address & Phone Number)
4. Pay Deposit
5. Once deposit is paid, appointment is booked, and email confirmation is sent. Email confirmation serves as your receipt - as well as provides the service address with appointment date and time.
6.  An invoice with the remaining balance will be sent on the morning of your appointment via email or text. Payment is due upon completion of service unless paying with Afterpay. The invoice may be paid directly from the notification.  

**NOW OFFERING AFTERPAY ** 

All Afterpay Invoices must be paid the day before your service is rendered. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of appointment unless otherwise discussed with stylist and other payment options have been given! 

We ask that you come to your appointment washed & blow dried unless you are requesting a shampoo service. 

For Loc Clients: Come washed unless you are requesting a shampoo service. This process helps with detangling of the hair, helps ease the pain of getting your hair detangled and helps to speed up the service time.

$25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK  (MicroLocs and services over $250 require a $50 Deposit ) 

**Deposit MUST BE PAID upon booking in order to secure your spot.  

*YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID!!*   

If stylist must travel to YOU - ADD Travel Fee to service (indicate address where listed) . Travel Fee MUST BE PAID UPON BOOKING.  Travel fee starts at $25  within Hemet & San Jacinto city limits; $40 and up - outside Hemet/San Jacinto - within Inland Empire depending on location; Outside Inland Empire - Pricing Depends on location ).  

Multiple Pay Options Available.  Debit/Credit cards payments are accepted, Zelle accepted, Cashapp accepted, Cash accepted, Afterpay is accepted. 

If you cannot make your appointment and need to reschedule - 

CONTACT NeshaRenee at 951-251-3601 . You may reschedule your appointment ONCE with the same deposit - new appointment date & time  is dependent upon availability.  

LATE/NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY****    

LATE POLICY: Time is ESSENTIAL for the client and stylist.  Time is also something that is widely taken advantage of and for that reason we have implemented this policy. You may be up to 15 minutes late before $20 late fee is applied.  After 30 minutes your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited!   Stylist will also subtract late fee from balance when running over 15 minutes late.

NO CALL/NO SHOW for an appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited and any future appointments will be required to be paid upfront. 

CANCELLATION Policy - You May cancel your appointment at anytime however your deposit will not be refunded. Your deposit will be forfeited upon your cancellation.

 $40 EXTRA CHARGE FOR SERVICE (New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.  

*This Policy applies to all Natural Hair Care Services 

*Includes any natural hair care, any braiding service, crochet, twists, or any Loc service*

Our refund policy is as follows: NO REFUNDS ON ANY HAIR SERVICES.

Black Onyx Organics reserves the right to refuse service or withdraw from any service for any  misconduct by the customer - any  (and all deposits made) will be forfeited.    

Any customer or client that falsely disputes credit/debit  card  charges after services have been rendered will no longer be able to book with BLACK ONYX ORGANICS LLC.
